To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at with your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant supporting information or images.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

We do not process refunds. However, if a return is accepted, a credit will be applied to the customer’s account. The customer can then use this credited amount to make purchases of other items.

6. Exchanges
