Loyalty Program

How to Earn Points:
• You earn points for every purchase you make at Decorzone.
• The number of points you get for each purchase may vary depending on the product and can change over time.
• We will clearly explain how many points you earn for each item at the time of purchase.
• You can redeem your points anytime after you make a qualifying purchase.

Redeeming Discounts:
• When discounts are earned with this card, a minimum purchase of Ghs500.00 qualifies you for a 5% discount on your next purchase.
• Important! You cannot use the discount on the same day you earned it. You must wait and redeem it within 90 days of making the purchase that qualified you for the discount.

Getting a Loyalty Card:
• You can get a loyalty card for free if you’ve made a purchase at Decorzone in the past 90 days.
• If you haven’t made a purchase within the past 90 days, you can still get a card by paying a one-time fee of Ghs20.00.

Special Sales and Promotions:
• During special sales or promotions, you cannot use your loyalty card for additional discounts on top of the sale price.
• You also may not earn points for purchases made during special sales or promotions.

Program Changes:
• Decorzone has the right to change the rules of the loyalty program, how many points you need to earn rewards, and what rewards are offered at any time. We will notify you about any changes before they go into effect.

Program Termination:
• Decorzone has the right to terminate the entire loyalty program or your membership in the program for the following reasons:
• If you are inactive for a long time.
• If Decorzone discovers fraudulent activity on your account.
• If you violate the terms and conditions of the program.
